My textile work explores the textures, colors, and designs of nature. While some pieces offer realistic interpretations, the fiber abstractions capture the moment a specific natural element (a texture, a line, a shift in color) stands out and I follow an abstracted path. This body of work becomes a journey from direct observation to imaginative, felted interpretation.
